How to save picture on Siemens CF62T?

Although this phone (also known as CF62 and CF63) is capable of having wallpapers / backgrounds, it seems that the Siemens and T-Mobile put a block on downloading any images that are not T-Mobile's own. Thankfully, Eon Davidson, a Pix2Fone user from the United Kingdom has found a workaround that works at least for T-Mobile UK subscribers.

I spent a lot of time on the phone to T-mobile and Siemens. I got the same 'can't save it unless it's T-mobile's own' speech. It turns out that I CAN save pictures but the sub menu was hidden and not in any manual. the technicians I spoke to had to procure a model themselves and 'fiddle' with it but finally got it to work. For future reference you have to press the green 'call' key and access a sub menu to save.
It works great! I love your service and will be using it a lot.
