I get a "403: access denied" message when I try to open the download link, what to do?
The "403: access denied" error typically means that you do not have a full internet access plan on your cell phone. Some data plans, like T-Mobile's T-Zones, only allow you to access certain "approved" websites. Are you able to access other websites from your phone (like www.yahoo.com or www.google.com)? If not, then you probably have a limited plan.
In order to use Pix2Fone, you would need to switch to a plan that provides access to all websites. Please contact your cell phone store or wireless carrier customer care for details.
